Booking and confirmation

Bookings are confirmed by email. The price and content of the service are shown in the confirmation.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the agreed time. Later cancellations are charged at 50% of the service price.

Satisfaction guarantee

If something is missed, we return free of charge within 48 hours of the work.

Damages

Our operations are insured. Any damage must be reported without delay.
