End-of-tenancy cleaning is the handover cleaning of a rental or sold apartment, done before the keys are returned. We carry out end-of-tenancy cleanings in Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa according to the requirements of landlords and property managers. The price is a simple hourly rate of €69/h per cleaner (incl. VAT 25.5%, minimum 3 h) and everything is included: kitchen cabinets inside, deep cleaning of the oven and stove, fridge and freezer, bathroom, toilet and sauna, windows inside and outside, the balcony and all floors and skirting boards. There are no extra charges – the oven or the windows never cost more. When you book the move from our moving company MuuttoPAVU.fi, the end-of-tenancy cleaning costs only €49/h per cleaner. A typical two-room apartment takes two cleaners about 3 hours.
