What move-out cleaning includes
Move-out cleaning, also known as end-of-tenancy cleaning, is a thorough one-off cleaning done when you move out of an apartment. Our professional standard meets the requirements of landlords and property managers across the Helsinki capital region – Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa. Pricing is a simple hourly rate of €69/h per cleaner (incl. VAT 25.5%, minimum 3 h) and everything is included: cabinets inside and on top, deep cleaning of the oven and stove, fridge and freezer, bathroom, sauna, balcony and windows inside and outside. There are no separate surcharges. When you order the move itself from our own moving company MuuttoPAVU.fi, the move-out cleaning costs only €49/h per cleaner. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as soon as your moving date is confirmed – at least 1–2 weeks ahead. The turn of the month is the busiest time.
Is move-out cleaning eligible for the household tax credit?
Yes. As a private customer you can claim the household tax credit (kotitalousvähennys) within the limits set by the Finnish Tax Administration.
