Stairwell cleaning keeps the shared spaces of a housing company clean and safe. We take care of staircases and landings, lifts, entrance doors and lobbies, bicycle rooms, laundry and drying rooms, basement corridors and waste shelters. A visit includes vacuuming and washing the floors, wiping handrails and touch surfaces, cleaning doors and glass, shaking mats and taking out rubbish. We agree the interval with the board – usually once or twice a week – and pricing is a transparent hourly rate of €69/h per cleaner with no start-up fees or travel costs. We work across Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa, both on a contract and as a one-off after renovations or a busy moving season. Ask for a quote – we usually reply the same business day.

For housing companies VAT 25.5% is invoiced separately and we prepare a fixed monthly price. One stairwell cleaned weekly is roughly €280–300 per month. All products and equipment are included.

How often should a stairwell be cleaned?
Once a week is the most common interval. In busy buildings and during the winter many housing companies choose twice a week so sand and slush do not travel into the apartments.
Do you also clean the bicycle room and basement corridors?
Yes. Shared spaces are included in the same hourly rate when they are agreed as part of the visit.
